Maegan Gonzales is the daughter of a magician and dinner theater actress. Much of her time before her own children was borrowed and spent bartering black hats and white rabbits. She is a multi- disciplinary artist and is currently a MFA Creative Writing candidate in poetry at McNeese State University in southwest Louisiana where she lives with her family, teaches yoga and English, propagates plants, and spills entirely too much coffee.
